A yoga workshop on and off the mat. Bring pen and paper.
Vac (in Sanskrit) is the vibratory power of all living things, including the vibration of the creative voice. Come to experience a series of movements, mantra, story and meditation to lead you towards your personal voice before a day full of poetry.
Siân’s approach highlights the interconnected nature of the sensory body and energy body, spontaneity, breath and creative voice so that we find our full expression in all aspects of life, especially when it comes to creative practice.
The workshop is suitable for those who are relatively healthy and not suffering any injuries, or for someone who already has a yoga practice and is keen on developing their practice in a new way.
Please bring a mat or towel to stand on if you have one.
